The following applies to every production facility: the material must be brought from the warehouse to the workplace. Production employees often look for the required parts themselves from the warehouse or have them brought to the workplace by the warehouse operator. In many cases, leaving the workplace means a lengthy interruption to the actual task and can have a negative impact on the work rhythm and, in the worst case, on quality and quantity. This is precisely where CARY light comes in: Order parts via smartphone or tablet, have the AMR stocked by a warehouse employee and have the material delivered to the workstation.

No More Walking Miles

Ordering materials via smartphone, tablet, or PC

Has your production employee run out of screws, cables or other small parts? No problem: they can conveniently order them to their workstation using their cell phone, tablet or PC. Neither warehouse staff nor production employees have to walk all the way. While the warehouse employee is notified, CARY light already drives to the right place in the warehouse and only needs to be loaded and sent to production. This gives your colleagues more time to focus on their actual tasks.

Flexibly scalable - on the move as a fleet

Our robot systems work as a fleet. This means that the transport tasks can be automatically distributed among the AMRs. If the capacity of the fleet is exhausted, any number of CARYs can simply be added. Using our fleet manager (CARY light also supports VDA 5050), the autonomous systems know exactly where they and their robot colleagues are in the production hall.

No changes to the infrastructure required

CARY® light transports Small Load Carriers (SLCs) and small parts of up to 25kg. No track guidance is required. Our AMRs impress with their simple installation and, thanks to VDA 5050 compatibility, easy integration into existing WMS, intralogistics and ERP systems.

Safety through intellligent sensor technology

To ensure the safety of our products, we integrate intelligent sensor technology into our AMRs. Together with our navigation software, the sensors ensure reliable obstacle avoidance and a high level of driving safety – so safe that nothing stands in the way of use in dynamic environments and human-robot collaboration!
