The article reports on the inventory robot TORY which can also be used as a shopping assistant. It is reported from its use in practice: “The robot has been installed in a shop of the Adler fashion stores AG in Erfurt in December 2015 and has been in constant use. TORY is the therefore the first permanently installed RFID inventory robot worldwide.”
