TORY carried out a successful inventory at the library of the Max Planck Institute in Luxembourg. Within an hour, 900m were returned and approximately 35,000 books (UHF RFID transponders) were recorded with a success rate of 99,5%. Within the context of the autumn conference of the MPG GSHS libraries 2016, new technologies and their influence on today’s libraries were presented under the motto “Innovation in Libraries”.
